This package is ideal if you’re looking for essential support without the extras. You’ll meet your doula for one prenatal consultation to go over your birth preferences and prepare for labor. When it’s time, you’ll receive continuous support throughout labor—whether at home or your chosen birth location. Afterward, your doula will check in with you virtually to answer questions and ensure you feel confident during those first days of recovery.
