Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: August 29, 2025
At Mothers and Babies First, we value the families we serve and strive to provide reliable, supportive care. We understand that life happens, so we’ve created this Refund & Cancellation Policy to be fair for both clients and our team.
1. Service Bookings (Consultations, Doula Support, etc.)

Cancellations: If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule once without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may result in a partial or full charge.
2. Classes & Workshops (when available)

Full Refunds: Requests made 7 days or more before the class will receive a full refund.

Partial Refunds: Requests made 3–6 days before the class may receive a 50% refund.

No Refunds: No refunds are given for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the class, but you may be able to transfer your registration to another class date if available.
3. Products (future offerings)

Returns: Physical products (if offered) may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Digital downloads, printables, and personalized items are non-refundable.
4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Any applicable processing fees from third-party payment platforms may be deducted.
5. Exceptions
In cases of emergency, illness, or birth-related circumstances, we understand flexibility is important. Please contact us directly to discuss options — we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
