With two prenatal visits, you’ll learn comfort measures, relaxation techniques, and how your partner can best support you. When labor begins, your doula will be there for you from start to finish, offering hands-on comfort, reassurance, and advocacy in your birth space. After your baby arrives, you’ll receive one in-home postpartum visit to help with feeding, recovery, and newborn care. Includes: Two prenatal visits (birth preferences, comfort measures) Continuous labor support (home + birth location) Use of comfort tools (rebozo, birthing comb, positions, affirmations) Two postpartum in-home visit
