This package is designed for parents who want balance and reassurance. Your doula will help you establish feeding routines, offer practical newborn care, and step in so you can shower, nap, or simply recover. Partners are also included—your doula will guide them in baby care and provide emotional support for the whole family. Includes: Initial consultation (free) Unlimited prenatal visits starting at 37 weeks Continuous labor support Three postpartum visits (within first 6 weeks) Personalized birth plan guidance + comfort measures coaching Extended phone & text support Keepsake birth story & photo (with consent)
